WE HAVE AN EXCITNG OPPORTUNITY FOR A DEDICATED OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR WITH MICROSOFT DYNAMICS (GP). Our client, a multi-billion global company with their US Sales HQ in Charlotte, is seeking an Office Administrator. This is an opportunity to work for a large global company with the benefits of a small office, family environment. The company offers true growth potential as the company is expanding.

 

This position includes a combination of general office administration, customer service, sales order processing, purchasing, shipping & receiving, accounting and sales & marketing support duties.  Qualified candidate must  be an optimistic self-starter, capable of managing a variety of dynamic, competing priorities.

  

Requirements:

 

    • Bachelor’s degree in any field
    • MUST HAVE RECENT Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains)
    • Strong office skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook with accurate typing and data entry skills
    • Multitasking and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to prioritize often-changing demands 
    • Prior accounting experience is a PLUS
