Description

Our client, with a spirit and passion to make a difference in their customers’ lives, is seeking a professional and friendly Customer Service Representative to answer inbound calls, process order fulfillment, keep accurate records & documentation, and follow-up with customers’ requests. 

  • Enter orders into company ERP system
  • Process product returns, shipping errors, back-orders, etc.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer questions and concerns

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years Customer Service experience
  • Clear verbal communication and effective listening skills
  • Experience with data entry / order entry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Preferred: experience working in ERP system (SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Syspro, etc.)
  • Plus: bilingual Spanish
