YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Provide administrative support to the team 
  • Schedule onsite and virtual meetings for the team
  • Prepare team reports weekly and monthly
  • Plan travel for VP and manage calendar
  • Maintain client survey program database
  • Schedule training for employees and track progress
  • Responsible for overseeing expense process for the team
  • Responsible for compiling, analyzing and building reports, graphs and presentations for management reporting
  • Utilize Excel for data analysis
  • Assist with Social Media posts and maintenance using Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • 2 plus years in a customer facing role in manufacturing/industrial industry sector
  • Experience in an administrative role supporting a team or director level executive is strongly preferred
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in MS Excel advanced functions including V-look ups, Pivot Tables, filters, and graphs
  • Concur, SharePoint a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure
