RemX has partnered with a leading Orange County Technology organization to find an experienced Accounting Manager to lead a G/L team. The selected candidate will be responsible for overall management of general ledger accounting. This role provides support for accounting management and executive staff. Liaison with corporate, SEC and FP&A,tax, external audit, and field management personnel on accounting issues. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Advanced accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience maintaining the General Ledger, business unit budgets and forecasts
  • Experience with preparing internal and external financial statements
  • Advanced MS Office skills

Job Requirements

Requirements for the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience with a publicly traded organization and SEC reporting preferred
  • CPA is a plus
  • 5+ years of accounting or finance experience, with 2 years at management level
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Attention to detail with exceptional organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
