Description

RemX is looking for a Customer Service Team Member for a hiring manager in the UTC  San Diego area! We are seeking applicants with excellent customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work in a deadline driven environment. This role will primarily support a team of Loan Officers by qualifying warm leads and answering inbound calls. Excellent entry-level opportunity for someone seeking to get their foot in the door with a real estate/mortgage company; this organization is thriving and the manager loves to promote from within! This is a contract to hire position, paying $17-18/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming inquiries as well as making outbound calls regarding mortgage lending services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers regarding purchase or refinance information and connect them with the appropriate loan officer
  • Update and verify accuracy of data input into electronic system, specifically potential contacts
  • Schedule meetings as well as follow up reminders
  • Manage client referral database, including daily call logs, and provide metrics related to reported data

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Customer Service Experience, preferably in a finance related industry with high call volumes
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Degree is a plus.
  • High Energy and Exceptional customer service skills
  • Attention to detail, while managing multiple priorities
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
  • Proficient with computer programs including MS Word, Excel
  • Team player attitude
