Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Must live in Louisville, Ky or surrounding area.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience working in an inbound or outbound call center
  • Ability to work from home (internet connection, quiet workspace with room to set up provided equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior authorization/insurance verification experience
  • Knowledge of and experience adhering to HIPPA guidelines
