RemX has partnered with a banking organization that is seeking a courteous and competent Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will work in a high-volume Call Center environment, continually convey etiquette, knowledge, and solutions-oriented support to customers.
- Maintain full understanding of online, mobile and tablet platforms to successfully guide customers through their application or transaction.
- Assist customers navigate digital products and services to meet their servicing solutions.
- Processes basic maintenance transactions and guide customers to financial solutions, making their banking convenient and simple.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for company’s products and services, retain customer accounts, and ask for referral business.
- Negotiate account renewal to retain or expand customer relationship.
- Consistently achieve productivity and service key performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to company’s policies and standards on every transaction.
