  • Maintain accounting system and keep up to date with all activities all the way to completing month end and producing financial statements
  • Prepare and manage cash flow projections
  • Prepare invoices for customers
  • Monitor and record expenses
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Process accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Maintain purchasing system and prepare purchase orders
  • Maintain project budgets
  • Manage payroll and ensure timekeeping and payroll accuracy
  • Manage staff labor distribution
  • Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
  • Organize retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and removal of records
  • Design and implement filing & record keeping systems
  • Monitor and maintain office and technical supply inventory
  • Research vendors for pricing and delivery options
  • Liaise with IT specialists to maintain computer systems and resolve problems
  • Design and implement office policies and procedures
  • Analyze, monitor, and improve internal processes
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration required
  • 2-4 years of Full Cycle Accounting Experience required
  • Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory level role required
  • Prior experience with setting policies and procedures preferred
