Description

TYPE: Direct Hire, Full time

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Will be the point of contact for specific customers
  • Use verbal communication skills to gain a clear understanding of customer’s situations, advise them of their options, and negotiate agreeable payment arrangements
  • Communicate with sales team to ensure customer is satisfied
  • Manage and track outbound shipments
  • Will manage the customers order from start to finish
  • Use multi-tasking and typing skills to speak with customers while typing to notate the account
  • Use time management skills to balance the quality and quantity of tasks as well as meeting deadlines
  • Use organizational skills to optimize resources and reference materials to maximize efficiency
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP/CRM experience a plus
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • German a plus
  • Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs as needed
  • Process product knowledge for customer service, warehousing and logistics
