  • Collaborates with other departments to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Committed to maintaining attendance and punctuality to effectively meet departmental goals and company expectations.
  • Adheres to and is committed to a safe and productive work environment in compliance with safety guidelines as well as company policies and procedures.

  • Effectively responds to escalated customer inquiries from junior customer consultants and escalates if necessary to find solutions to customer needs and requests.

  • Enters accurate sales/accounts receivable transactions into SAP.
  • Prepares and post accounts receivables transactions.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
