Recruiting for a Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Rep, who is needed for our client in the Healthcare Industry, located in Escondido.
Contract that could lead to Temp to Hire offering $16p/hr.
- Shift Hours: M-F 40 hours per week (shifts can be anywhere between 7:30 AM- 6:00 PM)
- Job Description: Demonstrates premier customer service and is responsible for answering and screening incoming telephone calls in a fast-paced call center environment; Accurately schedules and confirms patient appointments according to established guidelines and reschedule as necessary. Direct calls to other departments including pharmacies as needed. Understanding of when complex customer inquiries or complaints need to be transferred to the Supervisor or Manager of the call center or clinic.
Length of role: This is an ongoing contract assignment with the opportunity for hire (temporary-to-hire). Duration can change based on department needs, volume of work and attendance/performance.

- This role is ON-SITE: you will report into an office each day (remote is not available).
