Description

The courteous Customer Service Rep will provide high quality customer service to internal and external customers. Will answer high volume inbound calls promptly and efficiently. Ensure all customer receive accurate information they need in a timely and professional manner.  

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, including returning all telephone calls. Mail out customer requests for information on the day requested. 
  • Provide and ensure fast, friendly and accurate service to all members, while keeping in mind the telephone standards to achieve.
  • Process financial transaction requests.
  • Understand and adhere to all policies, procedures, safety practices and security measures relating to one’s work. 
  • Maintain confidentiality of all customers’ accounts and records by abiding to company privacy policies.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all products and services offered to customers.
  • Work as a team with other employees to achieve departmental and Company goals.
  • Perform other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years experience answering high volume inbound calls, preferably in a Call Center environment
  • Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Strong follow through and organizational skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent problem resolution skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Highly preferred: financial services industry experience
  • Preferred: knowledge of income related documents, fluency in Spanish
