Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Confer with customers by telephone, email, or SMS messaging to provide information about products or services, cancel accounts, upgrade accounts, or obtain details of complaints
  • Handle high call volumes both in-bound and out-bound
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
  • Call customers to verify account and contact information
  • Assist with placement of orders, process payments, refunds, or exchanges
  • Inform customers of deals and promotions, answer questions about warranties and terms of sale
  • Persuade customers to reconsider cancellation of products or services
  • Sell products and services and solicit sales of new or additional products or services

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of Customer Service experience required
  • One year of high volume call experience preferred 
  • Experience working in healthcare field preferred
  • Knowledge of diabetes preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and general computer literacy
