RemX has partnered with a title company to assist in their search for a Transaction Coordinator for their Sewell, NJ office. This position would start out with training in the office and then will transition to being remote. The Transaction Coordinator would provide support to the Conveyancers, Closing Coordinators, Settlement Officers and Post Closing teams. Transaction Coordinator Job Description:

  • Assist the team with new applications
  • Order tax certifications, payoffs and other items required to complete the file for closing
  • Follow up on all requested documents up to the point of closing
  • Assist the Closing Coordinator with scheduling closings
  • Support Settlement Officers with obtaining a clear to close status from the lender
  • Print mortgage packages for closings

Job Requirements

Transaction Coordinator Requirements:

  • 2+ year of title, real estate or mortgage experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
