We are seeking an Office Assistant in Largo!
$14 per Hour
You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Monitor emails for customer POs and print
Meet with president about set-up and materials for jobs
Set up new parts and BOMs as needed Plan and schedule appointments and events
Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
Physical inventory - recording and data input Assist with weekly check runs
Research vendor invoice problems order materials for jobs, create vendors and POs Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
