RemX Staffing is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant for a client located in Allentown. This is 2 month assignment to assist during a reorganization.

Hours: M-F 8-5

  • Provide support to the HR Team
  • Look up employee records
  • Maintain employee files and make updates as needed
  • Coordinate and Communicate information to the warehouse, upcoming events etc.
  • Create departmental correspondence
  • Order warehouse supplies, hats, coats, gloves etc.
  • Administrative tasks as needed

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills 
  • The ability to keep matters confidential 
  • MS Office experience is a must 
  • Ability to work in a team 
  • Solid computer skills
