Description

TYPE: Contract to Hire, Friday through Monday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (32 hours)

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Maintain relationship with assigned truck drivers
  • Assist drivers in meeting customer service expectations
  • Track drivers using GPS technology
  • Report on safety measures for drivers
  • Resolve issues with customer service
  • Detect unsafe activities and address using appropriate course of action
  • Schedule training for drivers and follow up to ensure completion
  • Handle routine pay questions
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of phone based customer service experience is required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently enter data
  • Time management and prioritization skills
