Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the accurate flow of personnel information, work schedule and customer support data to and from the operation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for executing office procedures and systems including billing, A/P, reporting of payroll and scheduling.
  • Transmission of payroll into corporate office.
  • Revise policies/procedures where necessary to improve productivity.
  • Source of information regarding benefits, new hire questions and payroll issues.
  • Update daily, weekly, monthly & or Quarterly management and operational reports.
  • OSHA Reporting
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Participate as needed in special department projects.
  • Manage temporary workforce vendor in regards to quality competitiveness & ensure terms of contract are met.
  • Perform general administrative duties

  • Select Carrier to be used for shipment and prepare documents for carrier Prepare, route and cut airbills and manifest

  • Prepare price quotations on outbound Air Export freight
  • Rate and Rote Air Export traffic
  • Follow up with customers to resolve inquires
  • Prepare, route and cut Air bills and manifests
  • Arrange for pickup and movement of freight to gateways
  • Initiate and maintain customer master profiles in order
  • Process documents and information through internal System
  • Maintain clear, oral and written communication with other offices overseas.
