Description

Are you an well versed Finance Professional that has direct experience with Big Box Retailers? Are you able to identify and implement solutions to a growing company? Well keep reading as RemX has received an Interim CFO order. In this role, the Interim CFO will help to define key points in the business as they continue to grow during these times. Initiatives will include familiarizing yourself with the business, SOP's, staff on hand and evaluating their current standing leading to the creation of new initiatives and operating procedures. Responsibilities will include:

  • Oversight for all general accounting and financial reporting processes
  • Financial analysis and performance reporting to executive leadership and Operations staff
  • Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
  • Oversee the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives
  • Establishing and targeting KPIs & metrics for the business
  • ERP evaluation & potential implementation qualifications
  • Direct involvement with their clients and retail organizations 
  • Leadership experience working for a small company

Job Requirements

  • 5-8 years of previous Chief Financial Officer experience
  • Experience working with Big-Box Retailers 
  • Strong experience with Large ERP systems
  • High Level Excel Experience
