Fast growing organization in the Miami Lakes/Hialeah area is seeking for a Bilingual E-Commerce Manager with 4+ years experience to be part of their innovative team.

Bilingual E-commerce Manager responsibilities:

  • Deploys successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from idea to execution
  • Produces valuable and engaging content for our website, blogs and marketing campaigns that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Understands platform algorithms and optimize listings for search engine rankings
  • Monitors and manages customer reviews, effectively resolving service issues and addressing root cause to limit re-occurrences.
  • Implements digital marketing plan under the company’s strategy . Develops and executes tactical plans for social media campaign and digital marketing, email marketing. Builds traffic in marketplace and builds content to convert users.
  • Monitors competitor effort, stays up to date and analyzes industry trends and provides cross-functional leadership to proactively drive growth. staying up to date on software or data trends
  • Develops strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
  • Builds strategic relationships and partners with key industry players, providers, and vendors
  • Oversees and approves marketing material, from website banners, to hard copy brochures and flyers and catalogs.
  • Determines the format and features of the website in order to maximize clarity and ease navigation for customers.
  • Provides analytic reports of online sales
  • Create, update and upload product feeds with content, photos, pricing, shipping
  • Maintains the integrity and accuracy of content in listings

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field required
  • Solid Knowledge in Web design and web analytic software required
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, UX, Dreamweaver, Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of Bulk Editing, Multi-Attribution modelling, Bid Management across networks, A/B testing of adverts, Google AdWords Experience with Major Social Media Platforms preferred
  • Experience with Content Creation, Copywriting, Graphic Design, Web Design and Strategy, Data Collection and Analysis preferred
  • Excellent Creative Problem-Solving Skills and Critical Thinking Skills
  • Advanced Technological Skills
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written; proficiency in English and Spanish required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Client-focused and oriented to providing exceptional customer service
  • Exceptional leader, able to work independently and thrive as part of a team
  • Must have experience with digital marketing platforms, FB, Instagram, Google My Business, and website and content development.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to align marketing goals with company goals for gross and net profit targets.
