Our Blue Bell PA client in the Mortgage and Title business is looking to hire a Training Manager, responsible for developing, organizing, delivering, managing/directing activities and outcomes for all trainees. In addition, the Training manager is required to conduct and manage training programs in accordance with established policies and procedures. This is a direct hire position and the selected individual will work out of the company offices in Blue Bell.
- Develop and deliver new and existing training programs for all departments, including but not limited to Title, Closing, Post Closing, Recording, Policy
- Develop and deliver training programs for our global resource partners.
- Develop and deliver training program for all internal applications for internal employees and global resource partners.
- Create collateral materials for all training programs and develop methodology to keep said material updated and fresh.
- Utilize the latitude to treat customers' problems as your own.
- All other duties as assigned.
