Our Blue Bell PA client in the Mortgage and Title business is looking to hire a Training Manager, responsible for developing, organizing, delivering, managing/directing activities and outcomes for all trainees. In addition, the Training manager is required to conduct and manage training programs in accordance with established policies and procedures.  This is a direct hire position and the selected individual will work out of the company offices in Blue Bell.

 

Essential Functions

 

  • Develop and deliver new and existing training programs for all departments, including but not limited to Title, Closing, Post Closing, Recording, Policy
  • Develop and deliver training programs for our global resource partners.
  • Develop and deliver training program for all internal applications for internal employees and global resource partners.
  • Create collateral materials for all training programs and develop methodology to keep said material updated and fresh.
  • Utilize the latitude to treat customers' problems as your own.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 1-5 years of previous management and training experience is desired.
  • 5-10 years of previous title industry experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of ResWare is required.
  • Strong English language and communication skills.
  • High school diploma; college experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present issues, ideas and recommendations in verbal, written and presentation formats.
