RemX has once again obtained a new order from a #NowHiring client that is looking to bring on an Assistant Property Manager as an addition / newly created position to their organization. In this role, you will work directly with upper management on the day to day operations of their Property Management firm. Position responsibilities include:
- Assist upper management with the follow up and closing out of higher level case management that reach their offices from the property level
- Assist upper management with setting up client meetings, presentations and follow up appointments
- Assist upper management with maintaining proper clientele relationships via maintaining contact lists, ensuring all pre-information and changes are made in the system
- Creates and delivers high level, professional letters to clients and residents
- Will have a hand in the onboarding process for new employees and keeping track of certain employee metrics
- Other responsibilities as assigned
