RemX Staffing is seeking a mail room clerk for an automotive fiance company in Wilmington DE. This is a great opportunity with a very well known, top notch organization. 

Primary duties:

  • Accepting incoming mail and then process
  • Sort, and deliver to personnel within the office
  • Sorting interoffice mail
  • Sending packages via FedEx and USPS
  • Maintaining mail room supplies

Job Requirements

Additional Responsibilities:

Mail room clerks frequently provide assistance with administrative duties; process parking tickets, title processing, follow-up on total loss cases (i.e. reach out to customers and/or insurance companies). 


  • Previous mail room experience is required 
  • 1 year previous administrative experience 
  • Attention to detail  is a must 
  • Experience with MS Office required 
  • Excellent communication skills
