Reputable organizations in Pompano is seeking for experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative / Call Center Experience.

Bilingual Customer Service Responsibilities Include:

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assist in taking customer Service Calls
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Communicate with the customers regarding quotes that are needed to complete the repair to their equipment
  • Be available to provide updates to the customer and/or associates when they have questions in regards to the service calls
  • Bilingual English/Spanish

MUST HAVE INTERMEDIATE KNOWLEDGE OF MS. EXCEL.

Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM - Saturday 7:00-3:30PM
