CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8:30AM TO 5PM
Duties will include:
- Greeting customers, assisting with questions pertaining to durable medical equipment
- Data entry of customers information into database, verifying insurance co-pay/deductible for equipment, collection of co-pay/deductible.
- Contacting medical providers as needed to obtain documentation for durable medical equipment
- clerical duties as assigned.
- Able to stand, sit, walk and bend over for up to 8 hours a day
- Willing to complete a drug screen upon hire
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted once or twice a day
