The Transaction Coordinator is Loan Assistant support to the Loan Officer and Loan Processing team.
- You will be responsible for Uploading documents, labeling them in the system, logging in appraisals, canceling files, sending out notices of incomplete file, and managing incoming Fedex packages.
- Will be managing lending documents such as Insurance, Verifications of Employment (VOE), paystubs, tax documents, any/all mortgage related file paperwork.
- Will follow up on open items and status updates by phone / email with customers, vendors, and internal team members.
- This is an extremely high volume environment.
Qualifications and Attributes Needed:
- 3-5 years of Clerical experience
- Bachelor Degree is a plus
- Successful candidate will have experience working in a multi-task, high volume transactional environment utilizing several internal and external systems
- Strong Word, Excel, Outlook
- Lending Experience is a plus.
