The Transaction Coordinator is Loan Assistant support to the Loan Officer and Loan Processing team.

  • You will be responsible for Uploading documents, labeling them in the system, logging in appraisals, canceling files, sending out notices of incomplete file, and managing incoming Fedex packages.
  • Will be managing lending documents such as Insurance, Verifications of Employment (VOE), paystubs, tax documents, any/all mortgage related file paperwork.
  • Will follow up on open items and status updates by phone / email with customers, vendors, and internal team members.
  • This is an extremely high volume environment.   

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Attributes Needed:

  • 3-5 years of Clerical experience
  • Bachelor Degree is a plus
  • Successful candidate will have experience working in a multi-task, high volume transactional environment utilizing several internal and external systems
  • Strong Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Lending Experience is a plus.
