Notary company in Chatsworth looking for customer service reps. Position starts October 12th.
$15.00 to start then $16.50 when hire perm plus commissions
• Answer a high volume of telephone inquiries from potential notaries and current customers regarding sales and/or support
• Resolve product or service issues through identification and efficient resolution
• Deliver high quality Customer Service in a warm, caring and professional manner
• Upsell and cross-sell Membership and additional products to customers, while explaining the features and benefits
• May be asked to respond to customer inquiries via Company’s web chat feature, requiring advanced typing speed and professional written communication skills.
• Maintain positive relationships with both internal and external customers

$16.50 + commission upon conversion to regular hire, which typically happens around 6 - 10 weeks depending on performance.
