HR Business Partner
Temp to Hire for our client in the Auto parts Industry! This position offers stability! Offering $36.00-$38/hr. DOE located in Fountain Valley.
HR HR Business Partner Duties:

- Organization Management Headcount Management
- New hire orientations
- Exit Interviews
- Voluntary Terminations
- I -9's
- Systems back up
- Investigate employees’ complaints and prepare disciplinary Action Notice ("DAN") based on the result of investigation and monitor Federal/State laws/regulations and HR operation standards;
- Partner with managers and employees to resolve employee relations issues through coaching, counseling, investigations and conflict resolution.
- Understand and a administer State/Federal laws relating to HR, Payroll and employee practice and maintain relevant HR Policies.
- Manage Company-wide ER Programs; Listen to VOC of employees and create, modify and/or administer ER programs.
- Maintain GHRIS (Global HR system) and prepare ad-hoc report upon manager, Korea HQ and MPA top management’s request.
HR HR Business Partner Requirements:
- 5+ years Human Resources experience
- Preferred Certificates ~ HR, PHR SHRM-CP
- Recruiting and Retention
- Experience in job analysis, Employee Relations and HR Consulting
- Ability to work on special projects, multitask
- Interface with managers / problem solve
- Bachelor's Degree in HR- required, Masters preferred
- Korean Speaking preferred
