Our client, a local Healthcare Services Organization is in need of a Bi-lingual Spanish Client Service Representative to join their team. If you have a passion for helping people, are bilingual Spanish, and comfortable on the phone - please apply for immediate consideration!

Details of the role:

  • Job Title: Client Service Representative
  • Industry: Healthcare Services (Corporate Office)
  • Location: Sorrento
  • Pay rate: $18-$20p/hour DOE
  • Shift Hours: M-Th 40 hours per week/ 10 hours per day (shifts are 7:00 AM- 5:30 PM Mon-Thurs)

 

Job Description: 

  • Demonstrates premier customer service and is responsible for answering and screening incoming telephone calls from Doctor’s offices and Medical groups in a fast-paced call center environment; verify correct client ICD-9 and CST codes for the Medical Group.
  • Obtains appropriate data to research issues, including medical records, claim/authorizations for patients.
  • Provides clients with immediate status of authorizations, claims processed, eligibility, physician availability and demographic information.

Job Requirements

Requirements: 

  • Bilingual Spanish (Read/Write/Speak Fluent required).
  • 1-3 years of Customer Service and/or Call Center experience.
  • Professional Communication Skills.

 

Length of role: 

This is an ongoing contract assignment to cover a leave of absence. There could be the opportunity for hire. Duration can change based on department needs, volume of work and attendance/performance.

Background check required: Misdemeanor/Felony/Drug test screening prior to start

 

This role is ON-SITE: 

You will report into an office each day (remote is not available).
