Description

TYPE: Contract to Hire; multiple shifts available between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM Monday – Friday

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Schedule service appointments from incoming calls
  • Communicate all information from service requests to dispatch team to be dispatched efficiently
  • Suggest services available to callers and inform them of product options
  • Advise callers of current offerings and promotions
  • Follow up with previous customer requests after service visits
  • Handle customer service concerns from current customers
  • Update customer database after all calls

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based role
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Ability to work weekends is a plus
