Description

RemX is recruiting for an Accounting Assistant for our client located in Foothill Ranch.  This is a temporary to hire position, Offering $16-$18p/hr.

 Accounting Assistant Duties:

  • Enter Sales Orders, issue and send out invoices
  • Collections:  Call and prepare collection report on a weekly basis.
  • Post cash payments, deposit the checks daily.
  • Process credit check for new customers
  • Process employees’ Expense Reports.
  • 3 way Purchase Order match
  • Post and process journal entries correctly
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.

Job Requirements

Accounting Assistant Requirements:

  • Accounting Degree or experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years Accounting Assistant or Accounts Receivable required
  • Ability to type at least 40 WPM
  • Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook
  • SAP and ERP required
