RemX is recruiting for an Accounting Assistant for our client located in Foothill Ranch. This is a temporary to hire position, Offering $16-$18p/hr.
Accounting Assistant Duties:
- Enter Sales Orders, issue and send out invoices
- Collections: Call and prepare collection report on a weekly basis.
- Post cash payments, deposit the checks daily.
- Process credit check for new customers
- Process employees’ Expense Reports.
- 3 way Purchase Order match
- Post and process journal entries correctly
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
Accounting Assistant Requirements:
- Accounting Degree or experience preferred.
- 1-2 years Accounting Assistant or Accounts Receivable required
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook
- SAP and ERP required
