I have a client that is looking for customer service representatives that have a passion for helping people. You will have an opportunity to learn amazing skills or sharpen your skills in the ever-booming healthcare industry.

Duties include:

  • Take inbound phone calls and helping customers lower their cost on a certain prescriptions.
  • Verify insurance with medical insurance company.
  • Build the beginning of a patient case to be worked on by next department.
  • Pay: $16/hr.
  • Local Phoenix and Surrounding Area Applicants Only.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year recent call center experience.
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
  • Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
  • Must have High Speed Internet and Ability to work from home.
  • Steady work history with no attendance issues
  • Ability to work with a high level of responsibility and detail
  • Must be open to a flexible schedule and open to work weekends.
  • Must be able to work in office once Scottsdale office opens.
