  • Assess benefits to determine patient financial responsibility
  • Responsible to research patient alternate funding, foundation assistance
  • Responsible to assist providers with claim assistance, reimbursement
  • Insurance verification
  • Coordinate prior authorizations
  • Understand and assist patients with EOB and COB

Requirements:

  • ?High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Pharmacy Experience required
  • Customer Service Experience Required
  • Medical Experience required - insurance verification, claims, patient assistance
    • Minimum 3-5 years
