Description

Primary responsibility is to serve as the main point of contact for a president and two VP’s of Sales for a growing company located in McLean, VA. 

 

  • Receive and respond to incoming communication such as calls, email, memos, etc.
  • Maintain schedules
  • Coordinate travel and meeting
  • Take meeting minutes
  • Prepare and distribute reports
  • Assist the President and VP(s) of Sales with mortgage loan files

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High School graduate
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Mortgage industry experience required
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
  • The ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
