Inbound Credit Services Associates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via phone and email.
- Communicate with customers clearly and concisely.
- Handle heavy phone volume.
- Input data into computer accurately.
- Respond to inquiries on general account information.
- 6 months of customer service experience is preferred.
- High-volume call center experience preferred.
- Typing skills of at least 25wpm
- Proficient in use and navigation of computers and software
- Strong communication skills
