Description

We are looking for a QA analyst for our center and they will report to my Director. Do you have any excel test where you can see if the candidates applying are proficient in Excel? I’ll confirm the pay rate and follow up. Hours are 8am to 5pm Waiting on Pay: • Perform audits on recorded phone calls, email responses, and chat interactions • Conduct regular calibration sessions with management & agents • Assist in development of QA scorecards • Maintain QA audit records and track trends • Provide a weekly summary report • 2 years of QA experience Just the basics – filtering, formatting, basic calculations to be able to calculate passing rate, etc. Great! I would say to test for Intermediate to advanced and they should be able to do pivots, charts, filtering, formatting, basic calculations
