This position will oversee the design, implementation, communication and administration of the organizations benefit and recruitment programs. 


  • Plan administrator for 401(k) and 457(b) plans.
  • Process insurance claims, benefits orientation and FMLA administration
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefit programs- medical, dental, life, etc.
  • Assist with implementing compensation and health and welfare benefit programs and policies/procedures
  • Annual performance increase program administration
  • Serve as a systems administrator for the HRIS
  • Oversee recruitment team 
  • Oversee and coordinate the new hire orientation program

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent mix of experience and education
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS systems
  • Thorough knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to employee benefit plans and compensation (ERISA, FLSA, ADA, HIPAA, etc.)
  • Experience with Health and welfare plan administration, retirement plan administration, and managing vendor relationships
  • Ability to manage teams
  • Full life cycle recruitment experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and attentive to details
