This position will oversee the design, implementation, communication and administration of the organizations benefit and recruitment programs.
- Plan administrator for 401(k) and 457(b) plans.
- Process insurance claims, benefits orientation and FMLA administration
- Assist in the administration of employee benefit programs- medical, dental, life, etc.
- Assist with implementing compensation and health and welfare benefit programs and policies/procedures
- Annual performance increase program administration
- Serve as a systems administrator for the HRIS
- Oversee recruitment team
- Oversee and coordinate the new hire orientation program
