Tier 1 NOC Technician
My client is looking to hire a NOC Technician to work out of their Wilmington, DE office. This position is full time, “perm”, and the work hours will be Friday through Monday from Noon to 10:30 PM.
- monitoring of environmental controls.
- Client phone support, issue resolution
- Escalation decision to tier 3 when warranted
- Call logging and activity tracking
- Compliance with Service Level Agreements
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Entry level or near entry level experience in a help desk setting, or equivalent IT work experience.
- Ability to identify and communicate issues and risks to the team lead or end user to facilitate timely resolution.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Up to date on commonly used software applications
- Ability to independently complete assigned tasks
- Strong phone / customer skills
- Ability to multitask under stress
- Strong written communication skills
