General Summary: Responsible for ensuring all data integrity is 100% accurate and ensuring all Mortgage Loan Applications are opened in a timely fashion and all documentation is requested from Realtor or Borrower prior to submitting loan file to Underwriting Department. Has a full and complete understanding of HVB Policies and Procedures. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: • Establishes loan files and orders documentation required to process loans, property appraisals, inspections, surveys, title insurance, etc. • Generate change of circumstance form as needed. • Ensures all Data Integrity is 100% accurate. • Updates Income and asset information from documentation in file. e.g. complete account numbers from bank statements. • Process application fee checks. • Sends a Missing Items List to the Borrower & Realtor. • Orders FHA Case Numbers (when applicable) & enters in LOS, • Obtain CAVIR numbers and enter into LOS. • Runs Automated Underwriting- DU/LP. • Orders appraisal reports. • Request FFD when applicable. • Register loan with PHFA when applicable. • Orders Credit supplements for Non-traditional credit references & Landlord verifications when applicable. • Completes Patriot Act Disclosure. • Penley ID checks for all new Customers. • Obtain Flood Certifications. • LDP/GSA both checked & enter into LOS. • Order’s VOE’s or VVOE if DU/LP approved & not FFD. • Prints out DU/LP findings, typed 1003 and 1008 or MCAW. • Places file in proper stacking order and submits to Underwriting. • Receives file back from underwriting and faxes commitment letter to Realtors and Mails a copy to the borrower for signatures. • Follows up on all conditions to resubmit to underwriter for clearance. • Gathers all closing conditions and preps file for closing. • Ensures Loan is locked in prior to submitting the file to the closing department. • Logs loan into closing calendar with date that it was submitted and estimated closing date. • #ZR

Job Requirements

Local Top Rate # 1 Bank in the Bucks County area has a need for experienced loan processors.

4-5 years processing a large pipeline of purchase and ref-finance mortgage.

Verification of Income, requesting financial data from customers, getting property appraisals, inspections, taxes and title insurance etc.  Clearing any conditions and outstanding items.

Working knowledge of DU/LP and Encompass is a must.
