#ZR  True temp to hire position for our North Phoenix health care company. 

In-person position (not a work from home)  at the company's HUB which services their  21 clinics in 6 states.    Hours range M-F 7AM- 5:30 PM 

Hiring due to growth, the company is opening additional clinics.   Joining an existing team of about 10 people.   Again, everyone works in the office to best serve their patients and referring doctor offices.   

  • Complete patient intakes  Confirm all the patient info/insurance
  • Answer patient questions including financial questions 
  • Contact referring provider offices for information
  • Obtain commercial insurance approval for the procedures.   
  • Contact the payors for benefit investigation, obtaining prior authorizations 
  • Enter all info in CRM
  • Handle refills and re-verifications

Job Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Min 1 year experience obtaining prior authorizations for procedures
  • Knowledgeable of the best practices for working with commercial payors.  
  • Medicare part A & B knowledge 
  • MS Office proficiency, Sharepoint CRM preferred, typing 35 wpm min.  
  • Helpful attitude to the clients and coworkers 
  • Excellent phone manner as will be speaking with patients, doctors offices , and payors.
