RemX has an urgent 6 month contract available for an experienced Accounts Payable position. Are you open to part-time, every Friday off, and only one day a week required in office (primarily remote role)?? If so, we would love to hear from you! The shift is Mon/Tue/Thur REMOTE 7 hours but does require a local San Diego candidate as Wednesdays will be in office (approximately 28/hrs a week). Pay is $21/hr, some flexibility DOE. • Data entry of accounts payable invoices
• Assist with reconciliation of vendor statements
• Assist with the processing of weekly check runs
• Reconcile and file invoices
• Assist with Vendor set-up

• 1-2 years’ experience – Accounting/Accounts Payable
• Strong data entry skills
• Experience with an ERP system, JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP, Great Plains
• Intermediate Excel experience
• Open to a part-time shift
