Looking for a new opportunity in the new year?! Our client is a global provider of financial services technology and is seeking individuals to work as Call Center Representatives. 

Available Shifts: 

7:00am-3:30pm OFF Fri/Sat

8:00am-4:30pm OFF Tue/Wed

Start Date: 1/18

Responsibilities-

• Provide excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries.
• Follow-up with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the company product and/or service.

Position Starts in January!!!!

• Previous call center experience (minimum of 1 year)
• Proficient with the use of computers and capable of toggling between multiple systems/guides. 
• HS diploma or GED
