Job Description:

Customer Service Reps will be assisting inbound callers with booking travel utilizing their accumulated travel points. 

No sales, No quotas 

Job Requirements:

• 1+ years of call center experience and at least 1 year of travel required.

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work in a high-volume call center environment

• Basic computer skills to navigate MS Windows environment

• Strong organizational skills

• Bilingual Spanish a plus!

**All rates are increased by $1fshift starting at 10pm (overnight)
