Position: Travel/Rewards Inbound Customer Service Representative

Location: North Scottsdale 

Pay: $16-$18/hr depending on experience *All rates are increased by $1 if you work a shift starting at 10pm (overnight) *

Benefits: 401K, PTO, Healthcare Insurance

Training: M-F 8am-4:30p for 6 weeks.

Shift: various shifts available 

Position Details:

-Inbound customer service for Travel/Rewards 

-Data entry

• Must have 2 years + call center experience.
• Travel customer service experience a PLUS.
• Must have excellent computer skills.
• Must have high speed internet in your home.
• Must have High School Diploma/Equivalent 
• Must be able to pass Drug & Background check.
