This position will be responsible for answering a heavy volume of calls, providing customer service, collections (asking for payment) and responding to inquiries on general account information. They will also coordinate with our Credit and Collections Associates in the resolution of billing disputes that affect the ability to collect receivables

Job Description:

• Receives payments and posts amount paid to customer account.
• Records information about financial status of customer and status of collection efforts. 
• Computes, classifies, and records numerical data to keep financial records complete. 
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Customer Service Experience
• Contact Center experience (this role will manage approx. 50 - 70 inbound calls per day)
• Proficient in use and navigation of computers and software
• Ability to multi task effectively
