Contractor will provide Customer Service such as telephone contact and email contact. This will typically require a minimum of 6 months prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, typing skills of at least 25 wpm, computer literacy, articulate communication skills, clear speaking voice, ability to listen with patience and understanding, and the ability to provide excellent customer service on each and every call.
• Customer Service Experience
• Contact Center experience (this role will manage approx. 50 - 70 inbound calls per day)
• Proficient in use and navigation of computers and software
• Ability to multi task effectively
