Real Estate Administrative Assistant

TYPE: Contract to Hire, Full-time


  • Greet all visitors to the office and notify agent of their arrival
  • Answer all main line incoming phone calls and provide assistance to callers
  • Assist agents with preparing and completing paperwork for all purchases
  • Process closing checks and bank deposits
  • Data entry of contract information into system
  • Maintain filing for closed contracts and records
  • Respond to requests for information related to transactions
  • Ensure confidentiality of contract information

Job Requirements


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
  • Experience working in an administrative role in a real estate agency is strongly preferred; mortgage or legal experience would be considered
  • Administrative experience is required
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build relationships with real estate agents
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
