Pay rate: $18.00

Responsibilities:

• Manage weekly clearance lists of employees who are allowed to return to work
• Weekly tracking of employee COVID data such as daily temperatures and health screening responses 
• Communicate with managers regarding employees who failed health screenings and are unable to return to work 
• Update HR Managers with employee tracker with FFCRA leave information
• Conduct COVID positive employee outreach calls to track health status and document data

RemX is seeking a Call Center Representative in Clifton for a Contract to Hire opportunity! This position is responsible for assisting members and healthcare providers regarding health insurance and benefit plans.

Pay rate: $16.00-$16.50/hourly (depending on experience)

Shifts available: Must be available for 8 hr shifts between Monday-Friday 8 am-10 pm and up to 2 Saturdays per month

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
