RemX has an amazing opening for a client support representative at a top tier medical device manufacturer in Carlsbad, CA. If you have experience working B2B in Life Science and using customer service software, please apply now! The incumbent will provide outstanding customer service and is responsible for receiving telephone and computer product orders including inputting order entry information. This is a Contract opportunity paying from $23-25/hour depending on experience.

Job Description:

  • Resolve various client service inquiries including product questions, material requests, and account information.
  • Answer incoming calls from clients ensuring a high level of “white glove” customer service conveying empathy and sincerity in tone of voice and choice of words.
  • Promptly identify and reconcile individual customer needs and take appropriate action to satisfy those needs.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Ability to grow and develop additional skills including administrative duties as requested

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma and two to three (2-3) years of equivalent work experience
  • Medical Device and/or Biotech Customer Service experience highly desired
  • Life Science customer service in a call center background
  • Clinical or Medical background desired
  • Strong PC skills (Word/Excel/Outlook) and customer service software
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
  • Excellent decision making, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Administrative duties as requested in a progressive fashion
  • Must be able work strategically to provide support to the business both internally and externally
  • Communicating within all levels of the organization
