Tier 1 support agents!

I have a client in the Scottsdale area that is need of call center representative to help their customer with cyber security questions.

This job is rewarding because you get to help people in their time of need to make sure their identity is safe.

Duties include:

• Help customers with username and password issues.
• Help them with credit report information

• Must have 1 year of call center experience.
• Training may be 2-5 days in Scottsdale but will be work from home.
• 16 an hour
